Baz works directly with Educators and leaders to turn quality practice into something achievable in everyday early childhood environments.
From service development and A&R preparation to team capability and practice improvement, she brings extensive on the ground experience and a practical approach to creating meaningful change.
I am passionate about fostering the growth of early learning service’s, from the initial planning phases all the way to a successful A&R result. With more than 20 years of varied experience, I offer a distinctive viewpoint and a strong enthusiasm for collaborating with children and teams. My dedication lies in empowering educators and enhancing services, fuelled by an unwavering commitment to excellence and positive transformation within the industry.

Co/Founder
12 Early Childhood Centres developed and operated. 30 years' sector experience.
Former Chartered Accountant.
Sam understands both sides of opening and operating an early learning service the vision and the numbers. Having been involved in developing and operating 12 centres since 1996, he supports owners and developers through feasibility, planning, construction, financial modelling, setup and sustainable operation.
As a former Chartered Accountant, I have been at the forefront of developing and operating 12 early childhood centers since 1996. With 30 years of experience in the early childhood sector, I am dedicated to ensuring that each child's educational journey is anchored in thoughtful planning and exceptional care. My passion lies in supporting center owners to realise their vision, offering comprehensive guidance through planning, construction, and financial management to successfully open and operate their service.

Megan
Co/Founder
30+ years in early childhood. Registered Kindergarten Teacher. Psychology 4th year studying.
Megan specialises in the people at the heart of Early Childhood, children, Educators and Leaders. With more than 30 years experience across teaching, leadership, training and service management, she provides practical support around children's behaviour, inclusion, team development and leadership.
Her approach combines evidence and psychology informed thinking with something equally important: understanding what is actually achievable in a busy Early Childhood environment.
Each day brings new discoveries that inspire and enhance my understanding of early childhood. The first five years of a child's life are pivotal, offering a unique opportunity to instill a belief in their limitless potential and capabilities. Being part of this crucial developmental phase is not just a responsibility but a profound privilege, allowing us to shape future generations in meaningful ways.

Our service includes in-depth room observations where we evaluate daily operations and the interactions between children and educators to ensure optimal learning environments. We comprehensively review your service’s policies and quality improvement plan to verify they meet industry standards. Additionally, you will receive a tailored action improvement plan that includes detailed, actionable strategies designed to enhance your service’s performance. We also engage with key personnel by conducting a mock Q&A session with your Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, simulating real-world scenarios and assessments.
The Spot Check process takes approximately 4 hours.
We aim to ensure you feel calm, prepared, and confident as you approach your service’s assessment.

We will review your service’s policies and quality improvement plan, providing detailed feedback. Based on our assessment, we create a tailored improvement plan and discuss it in a video meeting to collaborate on strategies best suited for your service. We also conduct a mock Q&A with your Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor to simulate real-world scenarios and gather feedback. Upon completing the virtual evaluation, we send you a comprehensive digital report.
Our virtual format aims to provide the same level of insight and guidance while ensuring convenience and minimising disruption, maintaining the quality and depth of our service.
